Caramelized young coconut or Bukayo



Bukayo is famous in Philippines especially in the southeast part of mindanao.I like it because it is easy to make and you can keep it for a long time.
Here's my bukayo ingredients that I wanted to share with you friends....:)
1 kl. brown sugar
3 young coconut
1 tsp. vanilla(optional)
Aurevoir!!!
